Rear frame - main axle adapter installation -
CAUTION
: Installing the main axle adapter should be done before installing the track system on the vehicle.
1) Remove and discard the two (2) bolts retaining the sprocket to the main axle of the track kit; retain the flat washers.

figure 3
CAUTION: Pay special attention to the orientation given to the main axle adapter

during installation. The lip, of
the main axle adapter, must fit perfectly the circumference of the main axle.
2) Position the main axle adapter

and the additional main axle adapter (2) and fasten using the two (2) Allen socket
machine screws

and the two (2) nylon nuts

. Torque to 20 ft-lbs. See
figure 3

3) Install the track kit onto the hub of the ATV using the four (4) "T" nuts

. Torque to 25 ft-lbs.
NOTE : Recheck torque of the "T" nuts

after one hour of use.
4) Repeat
steps 1

for the opposite side.
