FRONT AND REAR A-ARM BRACKET KIT
FOR ST-90 TRACK KIT
WHEEL SPACER INSTALLATION
1.
Insert the (4) M12-1.25 X 35 mm wheel stud (

) onto
the wheel spacer (

) as illustrated.
2.
Fasten the wheel spacer (
#7
) using the original wheel
nuts. Apply torque according with the manual of the
vehicle.
3.
Position the Track Kit onto the wheel spacer (
#7
) and
fasten using the (4) M12-1.25 T-nuts (
#3
).
Torque to 90 ft-lbs.
4.
Repeat
steps 1
to
3
for the opposite side.

FRONT ANTI-ROTATION INSTALLATION
1.
Remove the wheel cap (
#A
).
2.
Assemble the free extremity of the front anti-rotation (
#4
)
to the hole made for this purpose in the frame of the
Track Kit using the 3/8” nc X 3-3/4” hex bolt (
#11
), the
3/8” dia flat washer (
#17
), the tightening sleeve (
#10
),
the neoprene flat washer (
#9
), and the 3/8” nc nylock
nut (
#15
).
Apply a tightening torque of 23 ft-lbs
3.
Reinstall the wheel cap (
#A
) removed in
step 1
.
4.
Repeat
steps 1
to
3
for the opposite side.
NOTE: Refer to the Track Kit manual to complete the
installation.
Attention, many holes are available on the anti-rotation
fixation plate. Take the one which will make so that the
track kit is correctly in contact with the ground.
