FRONT AND REAR A-ARM BRACKET KIT

MAIN AXLE ADAPTER INSTALLATION (see sketch M)
WARNING :
Do not proceed to the installation of the
adapter (#4) if your vehicle were subject of a callback about
the spacers on each rear wheels or any 2010 Rhino models.
1)
Apply a threadlocker (Loctite) on bolt threads and install the
(4) M10
X 30mm
hex bolts (#
10
) into the threaded holes of the main axle
adapter (#
4
) as illustrated.
2)
Position and fasten the main axle adapter (#
4
) onto the hub of the
vehicle using the original wheel nuts. Apply the tightening torque
specified in your ATV owner’s manual.
3)
Position and fasten the Track Kit to the main axle adapter (#
4
) using
the
(4) M10
wheel nuts (#
15
).
Torque to 25 ft-lbs.
NOTE :
Recheck torque of the wheel nuts (#15) after one
hour of use.
4)
Repeat
steps 1
to
3
for the opposite side.
PROTECTIVE PLATE INSTALLATION (see sketch N)
1)
Remove the original bolts retaining the front plastic protective plate to the vehicle.
2)
Position and fasten the protective plate (#
27
) using the bolts removed in
step 1
.

3)
To allow rear track kit to move freely, cut the rear fenders as illustrated.
