MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
FRONT AND REAR A-ARM BRACKET KIT

LIMITER INSTALLATION (see sketch E)
1)
Fasten the front limiter frame bracket (#

) to frame using a
5/16” nc X 2-3/4”
U-bolt (#
13
),
(2) 5/16” dia
flat washers (#
21
), and
(2)
5/16” nc
self-locking nuts (#
18
).
2)
Remove the cotter pin and the slotted nut retaining the steering
bar to axle.
3)
Fasten the front limiter axle bracket (#
7
) to the bolt retaining the
steering bar using the slotted nut removed in
step 2
(do not
overtighten to allow the axle bracket (#
7
) to rotate).
4)
Fasten the two ends of the opening cable (#
10
) to the front
limiter frame (#
6
) and axle (#
7
) brackets using the
(2) 3/8” nc X 1”
hex bolts (#
11
),
(2) 3/8” dia
flat washers (#
22
),
(2)
tightening
spacers (#
3
), and
(2) 3/8” nc
self-locking nuts (#
19
).
5)
Rotate the steering to tighten the opening cable (#
10
). The axle
bracket (#
7
) must be alligned with the opening cable (#
10
).
6)
Secure the slotted nut installed in
step 3
while you keep the
orientation of the axle bracket (#
7
) (apply the tightening torque
specified in your ATV owner’s manual). Reinstall the cutter pin
removed in
step 2
.
7)
Reinstall the front CV shield removed during
step 2 of the
“FRONT A-ARM BRACKET INSTALLATION” section
using
the original hardware.
8)
Repeat
steps 1
to
7
for the opposite side.
NOTE : VEHICLE EQUIPED WITH MAG WHEELS.
Using the
M10
wheel nuts (#
17
) instead of the original
wheel nuts when you install the Track Kit to the hub of the
vehicle.
