FRONT ANTI-ROTATION BRACKET INSTALLATION

1)
Unscrew the self-locking nut (#
A
) from the 1/2” nc X 4-1/2” bolt
(#
B
) retaining the wheel closer to the adjustment slide. Keep the
self-locking nut (#
A
) and one of two flat washers (#
C
).

2)
Insert a
3/8” nc X 1-1/4”
carriage bolt (#
13
) into the hole made for
this purpose in the front antirotation bracket (#
5
) as illustrated.
3)
Fasten the upper part of the front antirotation bracket (#
5
) onto
the frame of the Track Kit using a
3/8” nc X 3-1/2”
hex bolt (#
10
) and
a
3/8” nc
self-locking nut (#
15
).
Fasten the lower part of the front antirotation bracket (#
5
) onto
the frame of the Track Kit using a
1/2” nc X 5-1/4”
hex bolt (#
12
),
the original flat washer (#
C
) and self-locking nut (#
A
) removed
in
step 1
.

Repeat
steps 1
to
3
for the opposite side.

WARNING :
Prior to installation, turn off the engine, put
in two-wheel driving mode, and block the wheels.
WARNING :
When the ATV is raised, make sure that it is
properly secured/supported to prevent it from
accidentally falling during the installation. If not properly
secured/supported, serious physical injury could occur.
1)
Fasten the front anti-rotation assembly (#

) onto the front anti-
rotation bracket (#
5
) using the
3/8” nc X 1-1/4”
carriage bolt (#
13
),
the tightening spacer (#
3
), the
3/8” dia
flat washer (#
16
), and the
3/8” nc
self-locking nut (#
15
).
NOTE :
Refer to the Track Kit manual for the correct
adjustment.

for the opposite side.
