INSTALLATION
Installation of the main axle adapter
CAUTION
: The installation of the anti-rotation arm must be done before the installation of the track system on the
vehicle.
1) Remove and discard one bolt retaining the sprocket to main axle track system, keep the flat washers. See
figure 2.
WARNING: Pay attention to the orientation given to main axle adapter

during installation. The lip of it has to
marry arround the main axis.
2) Position the main axle adapter

and set using two (2) Allen socket machine screws

and the two (2) nylon nuts

. Torque at 20 ft-lbs.
3) Use the four (4) T nuts

to install the track system onto the hub of the vehicle. Torque at 25 ft-lbs.
NOTE : Recheck torque of the wheel nuts

after one hour of use.
4) Repeat
steps 1
to
3
for the opposite side.
NOTE : The operations described in steps 1 to 4, apply to the rear and the front of the vehicle (both sides) .
NOTE : The operations described in steps 1 to 4 apply, even if you have T nuts metric or imperial.
