MAIN AXLE ADAPTER INSTALLATION (see sketch M)
1)
Install the
(4) M10 X 25mm
hex bolts (#

) into the threaded holes of the main axle adapter (#
5
) as illustrated.
2)
Position and fasten the main axle adapter (#
5
) onto the hub of the vehicle using the original wheel nuts. Apply the tightening torque
specified in your ATV owner’s manual.
3)
Position and fasten the Track Kit to the main axle adapter (#
5
) using the
(4) M10-1.25
wheel nuts (#
13
).
Torque to 25 ft-lbs.
NOTE :
Refer to the Track Kit manual for the correct adjustment.
4)
Repeat
steps 1
to
3
for the opposite side.
NOTE :
Recheck torque of the wheel nuts (#13) after one hour of use.
