Fasten the rear part of the winch protector (#

tube of the frame using the U-bracket (#

5/16” nc X 1-3/4”
carriage bolt (#

self-locking nut (#

Fasten the front part of the winch protector (#

) onto the front
tube of the frame using the
1-1/2” dia X 5-5/8”
U-bracket (#

carriage bolt (#

Tighten all bolts. Torque to 13 ft-lbs.

WARNING :
Prior to installation, turn off the engine, put
in two-wheel driving mode, and block the wheels.
WARNING :
When the ATV is raised, make sure that it is
properly secured/supported to prevent it from
accidentally falling during the installation. If not properly
secured/supported, serious physical injury could occur.
