Otherwise, the charging status may not display and/or the battery may not charge. It is not recommended to charge the battery from a communication port (such as a computer), as the battery may not know whether to charge or power the connected device. 3. OPERATING TEMPERATURE* Minimum battery operating temperature: -40°C Maximum battery operating temperature: 45°C * The battery must be within the storage temperature range internally to start. It can then be used within the operating temperature range. 5. STORAGE CONDITIONS Temperature range: 0–35°C H umidity: Less than 65% Long-term storage: Battery charge must initially be below 80%. The battery must be recharged once every three months. The maximum period without discharge should not exceed six months.
