REAR A-ARM BRACKET INSTALLATION
WARNING :
Prior to installation, turn off the engine, put
in two-wheel driving mode, and block the wheels.
1)
Raise the rear of the ATV off the ground and remove the wheels.
WARNING :
When the ATV is raised, make sure that it is
properly secured/supported to prevent it from
accidentally falling during the installation of the A-arm
brackets. If not properly secured/supported, serious
physical injury could occur.

Remove the existi g bolts (#

) and nuts (#

) as
illustrated.

3)
Positi n the rear left A-arm bracket (#

) below the lower rear
A-arm so that the two parts fit snugly.
4)
Fasten the exterior part of the rear left A-arm bracket (#

) onto
A-arm using the
M10-1.5 X 110mm
hex bolt (#

) and the
M10-1.5
self-
locking nut (#

). Torque to 20 ft-lbs.
5)
Fasten the interior part of the rear left A-arm bracket (#
5
) onto
A-arm using the
M14-2.0 X 150mm
hex bolt (#

) and the
M14-2.0
self-
locking nut (#
14
). Torque to 63 ft-lbs.
IMPORTANT :
Tighten in a manner not to permanently
deform the assembly.

Repeat
steps 2
to

for the opposite side.
