MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

MAIN AXLE ADAPTER INSTALLATION
(see sketch I)
1)
Install the
(4) M10 X 25mm
hex bolts (#

) into the threaded holes
of the main axle adapter (#

) as illustrated.
2)
Position and fasten the main axle adapter (#
7
) onto the hub of
the vehicle using the original wheel nuts. Apply the tightening
torque specified in your ATV owner’s manual.
3)
Position and fasten the Track Kit to the main axle adapter (#
7
)
using the
(4) M10-1.25
wheel nuts (#

).
Torque to 25 ft-lbs.
4)
Repeat
steps 1
to
3
for the opposite side.
“COMMANDER TREK HD” / SPACER INSTALLATION
(see sketch J)
IMPORTANT :
Make sure to use the correct mounting hole
on the anti-rotation (#5) when you assemble to the Track
Kit.
1)
Remove the plastic cap from the frame of the Track Kit.
2)
Assemble the free extremity of the front anti-rotation (#
5
) and
the spacer (#
8
) to the hole made for this purpose in the frame
of the Track Kit using the
3/8” nc X 6”
hex bolt (#
11
), the
3/8” dia
(yellow zinc plated)
flat washer (#
18
), the tightening spacer (#
3
),
and the
3/8” nc
self-locking nut (#
16
).
Apply a tightening torque of 23 ft-lbs.
3)
Reinstall the plastic cap.
NOTE :
Refer to the Track Kit manual for the correct
adjustment.
Repeat
steps 1
to
3
for the opposite side.
NOTE :
Recheck torque of the wheel nuts (#16) after
one hour of use.
